Privacy Policy

What MP3 to MIDI Online collects, why, and how long it is kept.

Last updated: 2026-10-17

This policy covers mp3tomidionline.com ("MP3 to MIDI Online", "we"). It describes only what the site does today. The converter is not open yet; when uploads open we will update this page before the change goes live.

What we collect

Waitlist email address. If you ask to be notified, we store your email address, the topic you chose (converter launch or multi-instrument conversion), which form you used, and the time. We use it only to send you that notification. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile). The waitlist forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated sign-ups. Turnstile runs in your browser and Cloudflare processes technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to decide whether the request comes from a person. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes request data (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) to deliver and protect the site. We keep application logs for troubleshooting for a limited time.

Cookies

The site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security (for example, as part of the bot check).

How long we keep data

Waitlist entries are kept until the feature you signed up for launches and we have notified you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

To have your email address removed or to ask what we hold about you, write to contact@mp3tomidionline.com. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Service providers

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, database, bot check, analytics and email forwarding.
